Membership is limited to the LTA recommended number for a club with 10 courts. Our Senior membership for season 2011/12 is now full and we are oversubscribed in the number of new members we can take each year. We choose to use yearly play-in sessions (instead of a waiting list used by some clubs) to replace the members who leave.
The current subscription for Senior Membership is £330 and there is a £170 joining fee to be added to this for new membership.
Off-peak, Junior and Social Membership is still available and if you would like to apply, please contact the Club Manager for more details.
The play-in process requires you to register an interest by phone or e-mail (see below) in the months of January and February. Book yourself onto one of the three play-in days. Turn up and play tennis with other would-be members observed by our team captains and coaches. Then meet other members of the committee over a drink in the clubhouse. From this process invitations to join are made. Players of first team standard are invited to apply at any time of the year.
The play-in dates for the 2012/13 season will be on Sunday 19th February, Saturday 25th February and Saturday 10th March. All will begin at 1pm and people come and go until approximately 3.30pm.
